Disclosures
Who we are, how we are paid, and the lines we do not cross. Written plainly so an investor reading it does not need a lawyer to interpret it.

This page states our standing policy. It is not legal advice to any issuer. Companies should have their own counsel review any marketing program against their specific disclosure obligations.
What we are
Patriot Pulse Digital is a marketing and communications agency. We provide advertising, design, website development, search visibility, data services, and reporting to corporate clients, including publicly traded issuers.
What we are not
We are not a broker-dealer. We are not a registered investment adviser. We are not an equity research provider, an investor relations firm of record, or a securities issuer.
We do not provide investment advice, publish research, issue ratings, or make statements about the expected future price or value of any security.
Compensation
We are compensated in cash for marketing services under written agreements with our clients. Fees are for services rendered and are not contingent on any market outcome.
We do not accept securities, warrants, options, convertible instruments, or any other equity or equity-linked consideration as payment, from clients or from any third party.
We do not accept compensation from any party other than our contracted client to publicize a security.
No offer of securities
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Nothing here should be relied upon as investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Any information about a client company on this site or in campaigns we operate is drawn from that company's own public disclosures. Investors should read the company's filings and consult their own advisers before making any investment decision.
Campaign disclosure
Advertising we place on behalf of an issuer client is identified as paid advertising in the manner required by the relevant platform and by applicable law, including Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 where it applies.
We maintain records of what ran, where, when, and at what cost, and we make those records available to our client and, where appropriate, to their counsel.
Claim substantiation
Every factual claim used in materials we produce must trace to a client filing, a client press release, or a verifiable third-party source. Claims that cannot be substantiated are not used.
Final approval of all client-facing messaging rests with the client and, where the client elects, with the client's counsel or investor relations firm.
Forward-looking statements
Materials we produce for issuer clients may reference forward-looking statements made by those clients. Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks and are not guarantees of future performance. Readers should refer to the client's own filings for the applicable risk factors and safe-harbor language.
Data and privacy
Where we build first-party audience data for a client, we do so on a consent-aware basis, honor opt-out and suppression requests, and document data sources. See our privacy policy for how we handle information collected through this website.
